Requiem
for the Fallen
I have been working
with Mark E. Poole, the creative genius behind Anubis Digital Studios. Mark
has created the fascinating world of “Requiem for the Fallen.”
Requiem is a story of redemption…. Demons and Fallen Angels in conflict on
Earth. When an angel commits an infraction in Heaven, there is a trial. If
found guilty, the halo is brutally ripped from his head and he falls to
earth in a fireball. There is no memory of why the fall. The likelihood of
redemption is remote. Some of the Fallen do good deeds to try to get back
into grace. Others, over time, give up and wreak havoc. This angers the
Heavenly Archangels, who repeatedly launch devastating purges, killing all
of the Fallen they can find. Over the centuries, Fallen Angels realize they
need to police themselves to prevent these purges. They form the “Council of
the Fallen” armed with enforcers who eliminate those who offend.
Requiem for the Fallen is the story of the Fallen, abounding with mystery,
love triangles, excruciating inner conflict, evil, and hope.
